The technologies section contains information about instructional technologies and how they are used at UCSC, new and emerging technologies, and instructional technology projects.

Projects, Pilots, and Experimentation

• Portable Podcasting. Instructors can record the audio of their lectures, synchronized with their PowerPoint presentations, and make them available to students immediately, regardless of the room.

• Online Course Evaluations. A pilot project to explore the feasibility of moving from Scantron-based course evaluations to web-based. Read more.
