Help for Students

Step 1: Activate your UCSC email account

Activate your account. You must have an active UCSC account to log in.

Step 2: Activate your WebCT account

Activate your WebCT account. You may also add courses to your existing account with this form.

If you have forgotten your UCSC account password, you must take a picture id to the ITS Help Desk, Kerr Hall Room 60 (M-F 8AM - 5PM). They will reset you password to something you know. They will not give password information over the phone or via email.
